Alright everyone, we have a problem. Inactivity.


Basically, no one has been active at all recently, save 2 or 3 people. We never have more than one piece to offer at a time. We haven't even started our collab thing, or even settled on an idea!

The Check-In time is coming up, and I'm not going to be saving any asses. In the past, if you haven't checked in, I tell them you are active anyway. Perhaps this was a mistake.

If you don't check in next time or make an effort to be active, I will report you as MIA.

If a team has less than 4 members they are dropped from the Olympics. We only have 6 members, but I've only seen about 4 active at a time AT THE MOST.

Please make an effort to be in this. Please. We all want to have fun, but it's difficult when you don't do anything and if we're dropped the fun is ruined for everyone.

With Round One starting, we really need people actually, oh I don't know, be on sometimes? I'm sorry for sounding rude but only 3 or 4 people have actually been active in the community.

First, I would like to ask each of you to subscribe to this page if you haven't yet. Also, follow the official Tumblr page: ssneptav.tumblr.com. Updates put here will also be on there.

Secondly, I need all of you to contact me in some way, shape or form with your dreamwidth username. Skype me or email me at apollonianwight@hotmail.com. I'd rather you not send me a message over Tumblr, because I don't really trust the messaging system. :) This is the monthly check in with the moderation, and I need to contact them before June 5th, 11:59 EDT.

I would like to ask each of you to be on Skype as much as possible from now on. This will be used to discuss ideas for challenges, and for turning in drafts of your work and critiquing.

Last but not least, please inform me AT LEAST one week ahead if you will be absent for an extended amount of time. It would be nice if you could tell me as soon as you know.

I'm super pumped for this and really excited other people like this rare but adorable ship. This may sound corny, but remember: even if we don't win, as long as we try hard and have fun we'll win in epicness! Get to know your fellow teammates and get excited for the oncoming games!
